AERO について

Originally founded as a parts manufacturer, it was born as a watch brand in 1910 during World War I, and in 1942 moved its workshop to Neuchâtel, where it is one of the few brands that specializes in producing pocket watches and pendant watches. AERO watches are made using hand-made techniques.

AERO was founded in Neuchâtel, Switzerland in 1942 by Maxime Clevaj, who inherited the watchmaking techniques and traditions of the Clevaj family, a family of top-class watchmakers.

Currently, Denis Bolzli, a veteran in the industry, is the president, having succeeded his second son, Georges, and the company operates as one of the few specialist manufacturers of luxury pocket watches in Switzerland .

It all comes down to the warmth of handmade products, made using the ancient European "hammering techniques" passed down from our predecessors and the excellent "carving techniques" of top-class craftsmen.

In Japan, it has been loved by many people for over 30 years as a masterpiece with a wide variety of options that can only be found from a specialized manufacturer, the precise mechanism that can only be found from a handmade manufacturer, and a beautiful form that exudes nostalgia.
