If you cancel after we have informed you of the repair costs, we will charge you an additional repair estimate cancellation fee of 3,300 yen .
Precautions
After submitting your application, please be sure to send us the watch itself and the warranty card (if available). Please also include any other items that came with your purchase, such as the box and instructions. Please also pack your watch securely to prevent secondary damage during transport.
■We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation, so please be sure to pack the item carefully.
■We handle your precious watch with the utmost care. We will not intentionally damage it, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or damage that occurs during repairs.
If you cancel your order after receiving a manufacturer's estimate, we will charge you a cancellation fee. To prevent this from happening, the prices listed here are merely a guideline.
The repair costs are mainly based on Swiss and Russian watch repairs. Depending on the condition of the watch, the cost may be higher than the estimate. Also, repair costs vary depending on the brand. Thank you for your understanding.
