Engraving is popular as a gift, as well as for commemorative items such as couples' anniversaries, wedding anniversaries, and retirements.
Since the Shobido Watch Store online shop opened in 2002, we have received very positive feedback from customers about our engraving services.

There are some products that we can engrave and some that we cannot. Please be sure to read these notes before placing your order.

We will contact you on a business day.
First, please contact us with the following information:
1. Name
2. A photo of the watch you wish to engrave
3. Font and text to be engraved

If you would like 3. Mincho, 5. Military, or 6. Gyosho, engraving on the inside of the lid is not possible.

Our shop can engrave not only letters, but also marks, illustrations brought in by customers, family crests, etc.

If you would like to have a mark engraved, please fill in the form when you contact us.
(Example) Please put a smiley face between Ayano and Kawamura.
Also, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this mark.

You can engrave pictures drawn by your child, commemorative illustrations created by a group, medals, family crests, etc.
*A quote is required.

We will contact you on business days via the email address or LINE address you provided in 1. to inform you whether engraving is possible or not, and to confirm the engraving content.

If engraving is possible, we will send you a PDF of the application form via email or LINE. Please send the application form and your watch to us within 5 days.
Please be sure to pay the shipping costs yourself.
If the item arrives cash on delivery, you will not be able to receive it.
If the product does not arrive within 8 days after we send you the application form by email, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Once the watch you have sent arrives at our store, we will check it and send you an order confirmation and a payment request email (LINE).

If there are any errors in the contents, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation email.If you do not contact us, we will engrave the item according to your application form.

The delivery time for engraving will be 10 to 14 business days after we confirm your payment and then we will ship the item to you.
If you are in a hurry, we also offer speed engraving, so please contact us.

Once engraving is complete, your item will be shipped via Yamato Transport. Please look forward to receiving it.
