Important notices for bringing in stamps

・Watches that can and cannot be brought in for engraving ・Regarding engraving fees ・Payment is by bank transfer (prepayment) only.
・Please be sure to follow other rules.




The watches that we can engrave for you are generally the back of the watch itself, and are generally made of stainless steel.

Depending on the watch, it may be possible to have text engraved on the belt buckle or tail lock.

Please check the back of the watch you wish to engrave and see if there is space for engraving.




Please note that we may refuse to engrave items brought in if any of the following applies.
・Watches made of titanium ・Watches with many manufacturer logos or serial numbers on the case back ・Engravings on the crystal surface of the watch ・Materials other than basic stainless steel, including plastic ・Watch sides or curved surfaces ・Watches made of gold (18K, 24K, solid gold, pure gold, etc.)
・High-priced brand watches (especially those that can be easily converted into cash)
・One-of-a-kind (a watch that exists only once in the world)
- Treasures including family heirlooms - Engravings on rings - The inside of the lids of wristwatches and pocket watches - Excessive scratches or severe deterioration
・Other cases where our store determines that engraving is not possible



We charge a handling fee of 3,000 yen (tax included) per item for engraving items brought in by customers.
Engraving on items other than watches (such as belt buckles) or special watches may incur a higher fee than usual. Please feel free to contact us for a quote.
If you are ordering more than 5 items, please contact us before placing your order.

For a quote, please see "How to Engrave Items You Bring in". After confirming your email (LINE), we will notify you only if engraving is possible. If you are satisfied with the price, please send the item to our store.




After we have checked your watch, we will send you a confirmation of your order along with our bank transfer details via email (LINE).
Please make the payment within 5 days after receiving this email.
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will begin engraving.




・When you send your requested item to our store, please be sure to pack it carefully. There is no guarantee, and we will not compensate for any damages.

- We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or scratches that occur during transportation of items requested by customers after they have been shipped to our store.

・After the product arrives at our store, we check for any scratches or damage, but we cannot compensate for any scratches or damage that occurs after the engraving is complete and the product arrives at the customer. Also, although the engraving is done carefully, it is done by hand. Therefore, there may be some misalignment, so please refrain from purchasing if you are a nervous customer.

・We do not accept direct shipping of products purchased at other stores.

- Please note that we cannot provide refunds or cancellations if there are any errors in the engraving manuscript provided by the customer or if the item is originally damaged.

・Cancellations or changes to the contents cannot be accepted after payment has been made.

・Please note that the layout may not be exactly as you would like.

Please never send just the watch itself. Wrap the watch in packing material so that the back of the watch and the band do not come into contact with each other. In the case of a pocket watch, please remove the chain and wrap it in packing material, etc., and pack it in a way that will not cause any scratches even if the watch does come into contact with the band.
Please be sure to protect the watch carefully with packing materials and never send the watch by itself.
