Used by employees of the Japan National Railways (JNR), the 19 Seiko is an essential part of Japan's railway history, boasting world-class accuracy. With 15 jewels and a stop-seconds function, it is a high-spec watch. Good-condition 19 Seiko watches are becoming increasingly difficult to come by, and this watch has been overhauled and is still in good condition. This is a Totetsu watch from 1961. The exterior shows little deterioration and is in good condition.
