Used by employees of the Japan National Railways (JNR), the 19 Seiko is an essential part of Japan's railway history, boasting world-class accuracy. With 15 jewels and a stop-seconds function, it's a high-spec watch. Good-condition 19 Seikos are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and this watch has been overhauled and is still in good condition. This model is stamped with the name of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (NTT), the predecessor of NTT, and is believed to have been used to record telephone call times. The small seconds hand, therefore, features alternating white and yellow colors every 10 seconds.
