While 19th Seiko watches in good condition are becoming increasingly rare, this watch has been overhauled and is still in good working order. This watch features a two-tone small seconds hand with a different color every 10 seconds, a feature originally used by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (now NTT). This rare watch features an oval case instead of the current round case, and a rare stamp dated 1962.
