With 15 jewels and a stop-seconds function, it's a high-spec watch. 19 Seiko watches in good condition are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and this watch has been overhauled and is still in good condition. The case back reads "JNR Shikoku No. 186." This is a rare 19 Seiko with the JNR Shikoku marking, which is rarely available.
