With 15 jewels and a stop-seconds function, it is a high-spec watch. Good-condition 19 Seiko watches are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and this watch has been overhauled and is still usable. The back is engraved with "Showa 37, Chubu 92, JNR." This is a type without the "Discontinued" or "S" markings.
