Recommended CommentsThis is the last mechanical railroad watch equipped with a wristwatch movement, released when Seiko, born in the turbulent Showa era, ceased production in 1999. It is a hand-wound movement that was popular in the latter half of the Showa era, until it was replaced by quartz. The case back is marked "Showa 54 632 Meiki" (1979-1989). It does not have the "S" or "discarded" markings that indicate a discontinued product.
