Used by employees during the Japan National Railways era, the 19 Seiko is an essential part of Japan's railway history, boasting world-class accuracy. With 15 jewels and a stop-seconds function, it's a high-spec watch. Good-condition 19 Seikos are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and this watch has been overhauled and is still in good condition. The case back is marked "Showa 42 0698 Japan National Railways Kansai." It does not have the "S" or "discarded" markings that indicate a discarded item.
