激動の昭和に誕生した19セイコーが生産終了に伴い登場した腕時計用ムーブメントを搭載した最後の機械式鉄道時計。後のクォーツへと引き継がれるまで、昭和の後期に活躍した手巻き式ムーブメントです。裏蓋には「昭49　379　国鉄静局」のモデルとなります。廃棄された品を示す「S」や「廃」のマークは入っておりません。
